Coronavirus Cancellation Policy Update
Due to the current coronavirus emergency situation, it is very difficult for us to stick to our standard cancellation policy of returning all deposits as long as the cancellation is done 8 weeks before arrival. As we are bound to have a very large number of cancellations, doing so would basically put us out of business for good…! As we are not the only agency facing this problem, fortunately the Greek state has passed a new law to help Greek travel agencies cope with the crisis. You can read about it on Greek Travel Pages.
It basically says that if you have to cancel the holiday you booked with us, instead of getting your deposit refunded in cash, you will get a voucher which you can use to rebook a holiday with us within the next 18 months. If after these 18 months you haven’t cashed in this voucher, we will still refund your money.
